Yilu China Travel primarily provides digital products, online consultation services, and personalized travel planning services. We do not currently sell or ship physical products unless clearly stated on a product page.

Digital Products

Digital products may include PDF guides, checklists, templates, preparation materials, or other downloadable resources.

Digital products are delivered electronically by email, download link, or another digital delivery method.

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your digital product after purchase, please contact us with your order number and checkout email.

Personalized Planning Services

Personalized planning services may include custom itineraries, city experience plans, rail route plans, arrival support plans, or business travel preparation materials.

After purchase, we will contact you by email to collect your travel details. Delivery timelines begin after we receive the required information from you.

Unless otherwise stated, personalized plans are delivered by email as a PDF, document link, or another agreed digital format.

Consultation Services

Consultation services are delivered online. After purchase, we will contact you by email to confirm your consultation time.

Consultations may be held through Zoom, Google Meet, WeChat, WhatsApp, or another agreed platform.

No Physical Shipping

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, no physical item will be shipped. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and physical delivery timelines do not apply to our digital and service-based products.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout. If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct email address.
