Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Yilu China Travel. We provide digital travel guides, online consultation services, and personalized travel planning services. Because many of our products are digital or customized, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital file, download link, or access information has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for digital products after delivery unless:

You purchased the same digital product more than once by mistake

You were charged incorrectly

You did not receive access to the digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue

The file is materially inaccessible or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement

These services require time, research, preparation, and custom work. Once we have started reviewing your travel details or preparing your personalized plan, the order becomes non-refundable.
If you request a cancellation before any custom work has started, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Consultation Services
Consultation services include, but are not limited to:

Any online advisory session held through Zoom, Google Meet, WeChat, WhatsApp, or another agreed platform
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the confirmed meeting time.
If you miss a confirmed consultation without prior notice, the consultation may be considered completed and non-refundable.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed meeting time, we may offer one rescheduling option or a partial refund at our discretion.
If Yilu China Travel needs to reschedule due to unexpected circumstances, we will offer a new meeting time or a refund.
