Do you book flights or hotels?
No. Unless clearly stated, our services focus on travel planning, itinerary design, consultation, and preparation guidance. Flights, hotels, visas, tickets, meals, and transportation costs are not included.
Is this suitable for first-time visitors to China?
Yes. Most of our services are designed specifically for international travelers visiting China for the first time.
How do I receive my itinerary?
After purchase, we send you a travel questionnaire by email. Once we receive your travel details, your plan will be prepared and delivered digitally.
Can I customize my plan?
Yes. Custom planning services are built around your dates, cities, interests, budget, and travel style.
Do you provide in-person tour guiding?
Not by default. In-person guiding or local coordination is only included when clearly stated in the product description.
Can I use Yilu Credits as cash?
No. Yilu Credits are loyalty credits only. They have no cash value, cannot be traded, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for money.
