No Guarantee of Travel Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific travel outcomes, entry approval, attraction access, transportation availability, weather conditions, third-party service quality, or customer satisfaction with third-party providers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Travel dates

  • Cities and destinations

  • Number of travelers

  • Budget range

  • Travel style and preferences

  • Accessibility needs

  • Dietary restrictions

  • Existing bookings

  • Main questions or concerns

Delays in providing information may delay service delivery.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically by email, download link, or another digital method. Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout.

Digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, republished, or shared commercially without written permission.

Consultation Services

For consultation services, we will contact the customer by email to confirm the meeting time. Customers are responsible for replying with their time zone, available time slots, preferred meeting method, and main questions.

If a customer misses a confirmed session without prior notice, the session may be considered completed.

For personalized planning services, we will contact the customer by email to collect travel details. Delivery timelines begin after we receive the required information from the customer.

Unless stated otherwise, one round of reasonable revision may be included for custom itinerary or planning products. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

Payments

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order total before payment.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our recommendations may reference third-party services such as hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, apps, payment tools, ride-hailing platforms, mapping platforms, or booking platforms.

Yilu China Travel is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, safety, policies, or actions of third-party providers.

Yilu Passport Credits

Yilu Passport Credits, if offered, are loyalty credits only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used as financial instruments. Yilu Passport Credits are not cryptocurrency, securities, investment products, or stored monetary value.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue the Yilu Passport Credits program at any time.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product descriptions, digital guides, itinerary formats, planning materials, images, written content, brand names, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Yilu China Travel.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use our materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yilu China Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
